Translation Required: The General Licensing Committee of 17 October 2025, considered the results of the recent consultation relating to the proposal to update the Suitability Guidance - Guidance to determine the suitability of applicants and licensees in the Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Industry and approved its introduction.
Translation Required:
The revised Suitability Guidance will apply to all applications received on and after 1 December 2025 and any disciplinaries of existing licence holders will also be subject to the revised guidance, on and after 1 December 2025.
